CTAL
Brings together members of mainstream Christian denominations across the area. 

CTAL
Serves the whole of historic Lincolnshire, including the local authority areas of North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire and the shire county of Lincolnshire.

CTAL
Exists because of a Covenant signed by the leaders of six Denominations. These six leaders are the Presidents of CTAL.  Many Churches in Lincolnshire signed a "Churches Covenant" in January 2004.

CTAL
Acts as the legal Sponsoring Body for formal Local Ecumenical Partnerships throughout the area on behalf of the covenanting Churches.

Is part of a network of ‘intermediate’ (i.e. county-wide) groupings linked to Churches Together in England
