Lincolnshire Chaplaincy Services is delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Weeks as Chaplain serving at New College , Stamford and Grantham College .  This is a brand new partnership between the Colleges and LCS.

Peter, who was born and bred in Australia , is now a naturalised British citizen. His first career was as an actuary for a multi-national insurance company, before he became involved in various Christian ministries nationally, and in the Lincolnshire area. In addition to holding a Certificate in Theology, Peter is also a qualified Bachelor of Economics, and has an Honours degree in Psychology, so he has a broad spectrum of knowledge to apply to his new role.

In addition to providing pastoral support, Peter will be involved in teaching and exploring spiritual, moral, ethical and faith issues within the College, and organising extra-curricular activities. He is also looking forward to building strong links between the College, local faith leaders and the wider community.
