CTAL provides a forum for church leaders to meet, pray, discuss, speak and act together - with one voice. CTAL is a vector through which the churches can connect with statutory bodies and others, where input from the churches, acting together, is required. |

Lincolnshire Remembers The World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims (WDR)
We Remember all the lives lost, injured and altered on Lincolnshire Roads this year and in all the years before.
We offer our prayers for those we remember, and for their families.
We offer our prayers for all those that Support at these scenes of loss and injury, especially all in our blue light services who are effected daily by these incidents of road traffic violence.
We offer prayers that people will Act to slow down, to be more present as they travel on the roads, to put aside distractions and the need to speed, or take substances before going out on the roads, or any other action that contributes to these incidents of road traffic violence, death and harm on our counties roads.
We pray that those in power will choose to Act to institute measures that will protect the vulnerable and curb the reckless so that our roads become places of zero deaths and injuries in the years ahead.
Lord, we commend to you those that have been Road Traffic Victims in whatever form that has taken. Bring solace to the grieving, comfort to the hurting, and healing to the traumatised, a.d protect all that travel on Lincolnshire's roads.
Amen.
